RESPONSIBLITIES

A route manager is responsible to their store manager/assistant store manager. Rent merchandise to new or existing customers. Perform follow-up phone calls and mailings to those customer. Schedule and be able to assist on in-home deliveries, some service calls, and customer account collections. Conduct everyday store business. Process customer payments and paperwork. Keep store clean and orderly. Perform all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Good communication skills. High school diploma or GED required. Retail/rental experience helpful but not necessary. Collections experience is helpful. Must be able to load and unload furniture and appliances from trucks and trailers. Must have a valid driver's license.
