RESPONSIBLITIES

A route manager oversees customer account collections and satisfaction. Showroom: Rents merchandise to new or existing customers. Helps with everyday store business. Process customer payments and paperwork. Keep store clean and orderly. Collections: Perform follow-up phone calls to customers. Assists with in-home deliveries, service calls, and customer account collections. Perform all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Good communication skills. High school diploma or GED required. Must be able to load and unload furniture and appliances from trucks and trailers. Must have a valid driver's license. Chauffeur's license preferred.
