RESPONSIBLITIES

Join the Rent to Own industry as an Assistant Manager working directly supervising a team of route managers and interacting with customers. Our goal is to have a friendly, motivated team, that enjoys working with customers. We need enthusiastic, friendly, and self-motivated individuals who can direct deliveries, house calls, phone work, and customer service. We are looking for individuals who would enjoy day-to-day problem solving in their local store. Day-to-day duties include assisting the store manager in daily duties. Managing a team of route managers with an emphasis on collections. Training store employees to provide the best store experience. Scheduling, evaluating, goal setting, and direction of store staff. Retail floor sales and customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

Solid communication skills are a must. Retail experience is a plus but we will train those with management experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Driver’s license required.

BENEFITS
